Ashley is co-founder and partner of Capture Staffing & Marketing. Ashley graduated from Kennesaw State University with a sociology degree with a focus on Corporate Cultural and Social Change. Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and information from over 20 years in the hospitality and electronic transaction industries.
After spending year in the corporate management space, she realized there is a void in finding quality and knowledgeable talent without breaking the bank. Ashley attributes her success to the influence of amazing mentors and unique approach to growing a successful business. Capture Staffing & Marketing was created to help that small business owner find talent, fast.
While not working, Ashley enjoys traveling, kayaking and raising her three beautiful children.
Damon is co-founder and partner of Capture Staffing & Marketing. He is transitioning into our company from the automotive industry, where Damon brings with him over 15 years of sales, management, and offshore service experience to CS&M.
Damon attributes his success to his unique approach to client engagement and simplified approach to problem solving. He views the attention to detail as vital in the success of CS&M. He believes that CS&M provides the virtual support and framework that can take great businesses to a higher level while encouraging the entrepreneurial freedom great business leader’s desire.
During his free time, Damon serves as the Chairman of the non-profit organization, Pat’s Tennis Aces Foundation. He also enjoys golfing, exploring opportunities in the property market, and cherishing moments with his wife and children.
